DJ LIL'D

 

 

DJ Lil'D was born in Lumberton, NC. He developed a love & appreciation for music at a very young age.  He was introduced to his first set of turntables in 1992 at age 12, by his cousin who was a DJ in Brooklyn, NY. He spent the summer watching and learning from him and eventually got his own set of Gemini BD10's the following year.  It was at that point where he started putting in hours upon hours of time learning how to blend, mix, and scratch records.

Lil'D began performing at local teen parties, fashion shows and cookouts in 1997 and before he knew it he was off to college performing in front of hundreds of party-goers at NCSU, UNC, NCCU, and other surrounding college & universities.  For almost 20 years now he has moved large crowds at numerous weddings, clubs, parties and other private events.
